If you are smart enough to use mediation services you should use his services...I've seen the other option where people liquidate everything they own beating each other up. They end up paying for Lawyers Ferrari's and Aspen Vacations. He was an incredible find...the kind of guy you's like to have as a friend.

​Eric was extremely helpful when I went through a divorce - this experience is likely not something many want to go through or are familiar with so having someone who is a supportive 3rd party and understands the administrative, legal, and even emotions is really important. In addition, there is a certain trust factor with Eric which is key - I felt like we were taken care of and never felt Eric had any other motivations. He was engaged and provided advice as needed yet wanted to make the process as efficient as he could for us.

As my (ex)-husband and I decided we needed a divorce, we wished to work it out amicably between us. We have three children to consider in this process, so we wanted it to be as smooth as possible for everyone involved. Eric did a fantastic job explaining the process step by step, and he listened to each of us fairly. If it got heated, Eric was able to bring in incredible calmness and practical information so that we could figure out any sticking areas. He is patient, non-judgmental, and understands divorce and court processes. We were also able to do our QDRO's through him. One of them took much longer than any of us expected, but Eric stuck with it and us until it was complete. He was upfront in his costs and never requested more, even when the QDRO took longer to finish. I highly recommend his services.

Eric helped with my divorce 2 years ago, and I have recently recommended him to a friend. I must say Eric made the process very easy and less daunting, he focused on value creation and not destruction. Even though my ex and I were very different in personality and thinking Eric managed to bring us to a fair approach and we were able to reach compromises and find consensus. He helped us think from different angles and be reasonable. Paperwork was filed in a breeze and our MSA was accepted by the courts and final decree came in less than 1 month after Eric's filing. I recommend Eric for any couple looking for a fair and equitable divorce at a fixed cost much lower than traditional lawyers.
